Forest mushrooms are not only a Polish cuisine. Yellow Chanterelle is the most highly valued

delicacy in Germany. All Italians knows the taste of Porcini Mushrooms, and the Safron Milk

mushrooms are the greatest rarity in Spain.

The greatest treasure of our cuisine is Boletus Badius. Dried and pickled can be found on every

table at Christmas.
