The leader among mushroom producers is PHZ KASOL J.A. Kazberuk had the opportunity to participate in the Alimentaria&Hostelco 2024 food and beverage fair, which took place on March 18-21, 2024 in Barcelona (Spain).
The event was attended by approximately 3,200 companies from 68 countries and approximately 107,900 visitors from approximately 120 countries.
At the stands you could admire a variety of food products, from local Catalan specialties, through Spanish wines and olives, to delicious mushrooms intended for export, including the Leśne Skarby brand. The Spanish, known for their passion for mushrooms, showed particular interest in this sector. As mushroom producers, PHZ KASOL J.A. KAZBERUK's portfolio presented frozen and dried mushrooms, as well as pickled and natural mushrooms.
An important point of the fair were meetings of mushroom producers with representatives of the food industry, who discussed the latest trends, challenges and development prospects for the sector.
For the participants of the Alimentaria 2024 fair, it was not only an opportunity to establish new business contacts, but also an excellent opportunity to expand their knowledge about the latest trends and innovations in the food world and learn about Polish products made of dried, frozen, pickled or pickled mushrooms.
