Forest Treasures - Marinated a'la Russian taste - Boletu Edulis

Porcini Mushroom - that is a real king of Polish Forests - you can call it a crown of Forest Treasures. It’s beautiful, light, comely and very tempting by its sweet ,nuts taste. Its marinade is crystal, you can feel it when you are trying it.

From the very beginning of summer to late autumn you can harvest it but when nights are colder then our King is stronger and more royal. Its favour is appreciating also by the smallest forest habitants but every piece is carefully checking before it’ll land on your table.

Porcini Mushroom as a supplement can change even simple meal to the feast. It rules in mountains but when the weather is good you can find it in a leaved forest and in a needle-leaved forest in whole Poland  as well.
