From September 15–19, 2025, the Leśne Skarby team will participate in a study visit to Finland, organized as part of the "Regional Project for Building the Potential of the PPO Region," co-financed by the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021–2027.
The trip will be an excellent opportunity to learn about Finnish experiences in the agri-food and ICT sectors, with a particular emphasis on research and development activities. The program includes participation in the prestigious Food Days Seinäjoki 2025 trade fair, a visit to the renowned VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in Helsinki, and meetings with the Enterprise Europe Network and representatives of Helsinki Business Partners.
The five-day mission also included a visit to the modern Oodi Library in Helsinki, participation in presentations on food innovations in the Seinäjoki region, and learning about the Seinäjoki Food Ecosystem, including Kyrö Distillery, Foodwest, and Seinäjoki University.
The trip is not only an opportunity to gain valuable contacts and exchange experiences, but also an inspiration for further development in the spirit of innovation and sustainable development.
This is our team's second trip abroad – after a successful visit to Japan, we continue to discover new trends and solutions that we can transfer to the local environment.
Participation in the mission is part of the "Regional Project for Building the Potential of the Podlaskie Region," co-financed by European Funds for Podlaskie 2021–2027. Our study visit is an initiative of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Marshal's Office.
